• Design, maintain, and optimize scalable IT infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Automate IT processes using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Provide Tier 3-level support for critical IT systems and enterprise collaboration platforms.

Architect, design, and deploy workflows, automations, and configurations across Atlassian systems including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Support enterprise projects and manage sensitive data with best-in-class security practices. Develop scripts and workflows to automate recurring tasks and improve operational efficiency.

This role supports and optimizes medical imaging infrastructure, ensuring seamless system integration. Focuses on reliable image routing and high system performance across PACS and healthcare IT systems. Involves troubleshooting workflow issues, leading onboarding of new imaging sites, and maintaining compliance through system updates and documentation.

As an Integration Support Engineer, provide expert guidance and troubleshoot issues to empower users. Foster positive relationships with clients and contribute to their success. Maintain detailed documentation and develop tutorials for technical and non-technical audiences.

You will be responsible for driving improvements that enhance productivity, governance, and collaboration across the enterprise.
