As the Learning Experience Designer at Clutch, you will strategically design how knowledge is shared, learned, and applied across internal teams and customers. Bridging internal enablement and customer education, you'll create cohesive, scalable programs that strengthen product fluency, reduce time-to-value, and ensure consistent knowledge across the business. Your role is pivotal in shaping how learning happens at Clutch.

Drive Onboarding efforts, develop project plans, and create status reports. Identify risks, establish relationships, and execute projects with executive sponsors. Track scope, understand Credit Unions, and coach team members. Participate in establishing practices and help design methodologies. This role may evolve.
