This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who can design and run core people systems while building the scaffolding for scale. You’ll own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, lead our compliance infrastructure, and implement the systems that help us move faster without dropping the ball. The role has outsized influence across the company.

Build cutting-edge generative AI systems driven by autonomous, multi-agent architectures, working hands-on with the latest LLMs at the intersection of systems design, AI behavior, and automation. Invent novel interactions between intelligent agents and help define how they collaborate, learn, and evolve over time. Strong software engineering skills with a focus on writing high-quality code in Python and TypeScript are needed.

As part of the Infrastructure Team, you will drive the implementation of core cloud infrastructure and platform for cloud-native applications, create tools and services that power Engineering teams, and collaborate with them, influencing the design and delivery of our footprint. The Cloud Infrastructure team provides the components that enable engineering productivity.

As a Senior Software Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our application and infrastructure security posture, driving secure-by-design practices, threat modeling, and proactive risk mitigation within engineering. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about building secure systems and influencing security culture across a fast-paced fintech startup.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will shape and enhance the internal development ecosystem. Focus on creating scalable, robust, and reusable platform components that streamline engineering workflows. Collaborate with engineers to identify pain points and design solutions that improve efficiency and developer experience by refining CI/CD pipelines and enabling seamless frontend/backend integration.

Own small-to-medium integration projects from discovery to deployment, partnering with Product, clients, and Implementation to ship pragmatic solutions. Debug and resolve issues autonomously, escalating only when truly blocked. Communicate progress and blockers early and often—through tickets, stand-ups, and async updates—to give the team and stakeholders total visibility. Review peers’ pull requests, uphold our coding standards, and share knowledge to elevate overall code quality.
