As an Implementation Engineer, you will manage the implementation process for our Customers, driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch’s platform. This role is a good fit for people with strong communication skills and a technical background who are experts at communicating and empathizing with both internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ success while also shaping how the Support team scales with the company’s rapid growth. You’ll not only handle technical tasks, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident communications, but also design and improve support processes, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and scalable. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.

The Senior Product Manager will lead Identity, Authentication & Authorization (AuthN/AuthZ) efforts across the Clutch Platform, owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for secure identity, access management, and permissions systems. The role involves aligning the execution of Platform features related to Identity, Authentication, and Authorization, and uncovering opportunities to bring customer value in the process.
