The Cloud and Application Security team enables delivery of secure by default products to reduce our attack surface against an evolving threat landscape. This role is going to provide thought leadership and help build key aspects of the program in partnership with different InfoSec and Engineering teams. You'll lead Application Security initiatives across different teams to design, build and implement security best practices.

As an Application Security Manager, you will be responsible for driving the security posture of our products by operationalizing and managing our application security program. You will oversee the identification, remediation, and closure of security vulnerabilities within our codebase and ensure that security best practices are embedded throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Partner with the engineering team to define secure coding practices, threat model our products and carry out essential parts of a secure SDLC. Collaborate with DevOps on identifying and implementing developer tools that support security best practices and identify security risks and vulnerabilities. Drive vulnerability identification using SAST, DAST and SCA tooling and manage external penetration testing.

Oversee application security initiatives across Emburse products as part of the Information Security team. Work closely with engineering and DevOps to integrate security best practices throughout the SDLC. Conduct security assessments and provide remediation guidance, leading "shift left" security efforts and building relationships with engineering teams.
