Lead a small team to successfully program manage an annual portfolio of customer and partner events
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive creation of strategy for the portfolio, defining event objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes
Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Partner ecosystem stakeholders to deliver high impact customer-facing events, while navigating competing priorities and making strategic trade-offs when needed

Shape critical admin journeys : landing admins in the right surfaces, surfacing clear insights about users and products, and removing friction from high-frequency tasks like onboarding, offboarding, and access changes.
Partner closely with Design and Research to build intuitive, trustworthy admin experiences that balance usability, compliance, and security.
