• Develop and deliver full-stack AI-powered applications on top of Unframe’s platform.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to tailor solutions.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code.

• Architect and evolve scalable, high-performing front-end systems in Angular 15+ that power the ClickUp platform.
• Define standards, patterns, and best practices for reusable components, state management, and system performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineers on best practices, architectural trade-offs, and new front-end technologies.

Independently deliver features end-to-end. Work across the stack, shipping new functionality, refactoring existing systems, and improving reliability. Collaborate closely with a team of senior engineers and product owners.

• Accelerate the execution of high-impact initiatives on the Cards team.
• Ship features end-to-end, working across the TypeScript/NextJS/GraphQL stack.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced, high-autonomy team to deliver meaningful product impact.

• Lead projects, planning and owning design system and accessibility initiatives across product teams.
• Interview frontend engineers and designers to identify gaps in the design system, accessibility workflow, and shared UI infrastructure.
• Partner closely with Design, Product, and Technologists to align specifications, patterns, and standards with broader company goals.

Primarily responsible for the development of production level software in coordination with your team. Become a go-to expert in one area of the codebase and understand the broad architecture of the entire system. Identify and proactively tackle technical debt before it grows into debt that requires significant up-front work to resolve.
