Lead the effort to architect how we train, support, and elevate our Commercial teams at a pivotal moment in scaling our go-to-market engine. You will develop and own our enablement strategy, aligned to commercial objectives and GTM priorities. You will also lead and coach a team of Enablement Specialists to deliver high-impact, data-informed programs, partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver enablement that sticks.

We’re seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer for our Data Commercial team. The Data team is both a support function and strategic partner at Fullscript and will continue to be a key area of business value going forward. Data is used to drive effective decision-making and growth through opportunity analysis, experiment design and iteration, and building dynamic experiences for our customers.

Partner with a technical lead and impact the technical vision, strategy, and execution for Fullscript’s search experience. The Search Team is responsible for everything search-related on the Fullscript platform, enabling healthcare practitioners and patients to seamlessly find the right products to support their wellness journeys. Improve the relevance and performance of our search functionality, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve feature development on Fullscript. Create detailed API documentation to enable third-party developers to easily integrate with our platform. Build scalable backend applications to support the growing needs of the business. Review pull requests, mentor, and be an advocate for high-quality code. Take full ownership and responsibility for features. Scope and plan projects and working with other developers to implement them. Give input on architecture decisions.
