Be a critical member of the team to influence the growth and scaling of internal operations, responsible for architecting and executing on a variety of projects that are critical to the success of the business. Architect, coordinate, project execute, and build the operational foundation necessary to scale across the business cross-functionally. In addition, identify business inefficiencies and create execution plans to turn company weaknesses into strengths.

Responsible for the end-to-end Procure to Pay process for Aprio Holdings, LLC and Subsidiaries. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures that comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying potential vendors, soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Monitor vendor performance and take appropriate action when necessary.

Shape and mature Monzo’s procurement strategy and optimising our sourcing process, aligned with our ambitious growth objectives. You'll lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional results and identifying significant opportunities to drive value, efficiency and sustainability. Overseeing diverse and strategic projects, including international market expansions, you'll gain comprehensive insights into Monzo's operations.

In this critical position, you will be the subject matter expert for our Purchase Order (PO) approval process, ensuring every order aligns with our financial goals and business objectives. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across our procurement operations.
