The Partner Support Specialist is responsible for new partner evaluation and vetting, support and assistance through the onboarding process and job board experience, and setting partners up for a productive relationship with Xometry. They will leverage interpersonal skills, diligent task management, and various technologies to set partners up for success and contribute to the health of the Partner Network.
In this role, you will provide technical pre-sales expertise, Sourcing/Procurement SaaS solution architecture, and customer engagement to help customers navigate and adopt Xometry’s digital manufacturing software solutions. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Product teams to identify customer needs, architect software-based solutions, and support strategic accounts with implementation guidance and technical insight. As an Application Engineer, Injection Molding, you'll be a critical link between our customers, sales team, and engineering efforts. You will support a diverse range of industries, leveraging your expertise in injection molding to analyze customer requests, provide design-for-manufacturing feedback, and help shape custom solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Deliver stellar outcomes for new and “at risk” customers by providing training, technical support and advocacy, with an end goal of creating value and driving loyalty. You will oversee a portfolio of diverse customer personas spanning across hobbyist, SBM and Enterprise accounts, providing strategic guidance / Training and serving as their advocate through their fifth order. Evaluate accounts regularly against performance metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.

This role will develop appropriate forecasts, establish a results oriented Sales and Operations process with metrics and establish reporting.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in forecasting, advanced Excel modeling skills, and a proven ability to analyze large datasets to inform strategic decisions.
