Strengthen the Operations team by ensuring that incoming drawings and 3D models match the client's application. Responsibilities include checking drawings and 3D models against order parameters, producing missing drawings or 3D models if needed, independently finding required data, and uploading checked orders, drawings, and models.

Drive measurable growth in the DACH region through paid acquisition, lead generation campaigns, brand awareness & demand-generation across digital channels — with a clear focus on ROIM, CPA, and pipeline contribution. Build, launch, and optimize high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team. You’ll own the regional performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and report on campaign efficiency.

Support the company's growth and play an active role in its development in the DACH region. The main goal of this position is to look for new opportunities and build a solid, strong, and recurring pipeline. You will also develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers.
