Job Description
Analyze and Prepare RFQs by retrieving and organizing quote request information from RFQ documents, 3D CAD files, and 2D drawings. Engage with customers to clarify requirements and address documentation discrepancies.
Conduct thorough reviews of 3D models and 2D drawings to provide design-for-manufacturing (DFM) feedback and support accurate quotes. Perform file modifications and repairs using software like SolidWorks, Inventor, or Magics.
Maintain and update quote databases in real-time. Respond to service requests via ZenDesk and email, providing direct assistance or escalating to subject matter experts. Collaborate cross-functionally with Applications Engineering and Sales to define and package custom requests for customer delivery.
