Responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, plan maintenance efficiently, and demonstrate knowledge of maintenance manuals and Air Methods’ policies. Ensure operational goals are met while guaranteeing aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with regulations and company policies. Provide timely on-call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and adjustments for water purification equipment.
• Conduct hands-on and classroom training for customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of equipment, ensuring proper operation and compliance with specifications.

• Stand watch in the SURTASS Operations Center to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mission equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all mission equipment according to procedures and reference manuals.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electro-mechanical systems onboard SURTASS vessels.

Install and provide on-demand/scheduled service and training for all general-purpose equipment. Requires daily travel by auto with frequent overnight stays; daily drive time is usually from 1 to 6 hours. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic functions.

• Provides operational support for 300+ retail sites nationwide.
• Manages ADA door compliance and refrigerant tracking programs.
• Reviews MOPs for building engineering operations and ensures compliance with safety standards.

Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Colorbiotics equipment in the field. This hands-on role ensures machines are reliable, safe, and functioning at optimal performance levels. You'll serve as both a technical expert and a customer-facing representative, with responsibilities ranging from installation and troubleshooting to providing valuable feedback for product development.

Be involved in nuclear power plant systems design, including preparation or review of modification packages for operating nuclear power plants and functional mechanical drawings. You will have the opportunity to develop engineering cost estimates for client-requested work scopes and visit client office and/or plant site locations to interface with the client. The Field Service Technician will be considered a specialist for a product line that the BID service team supports. This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of a product line including theory of operation as well as the mechanics. They will provide solutions to complex problems as well as provide field and/or remote support to technicians.
