What you will do:
- Provide technical support of YORK product.
- Support branch personnel in application and technical information.
- Supervise and monitor warranty obligations.
How you will do it:
- Resolve customer complaints with dealers and consumers.
- Advise and distribute Service and Service-Tips letters.
- Facilitate training for HVAC contractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combined experience.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 10+ years HVAC field experience
