This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of a product line including theory of operation as well as the mechanics. They will provide solutions to complex problems as well as provide field and/or remote support to technicians.

Exceed customer expectations and maintain customer satisfaction to the highest possible level. The Service Manager works in full coordination with the UK Service Director and other international Kanadevia Inova (KVI) teams to promote and sell our large portfolio of spare parts, mechanical and process retrofit, to plan Customer visits in view of identifying and creating new opportunities.
