• Build and lead the Design Engineering function, bridging the gap between Design, manufacturing, OEMs, and engineering teams.
• Translate creative design intent into manufacturable, high-quality, and scalable products.
• Guide the engineering feasibility of design concepts and oversee the transition from prototype to production.

Responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, plan maintenance efficiently, and demonstrate knowledge of maintenance manuals and Air Methods’ policies. Ensure operational goals are met while guaranteeing aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with regulations and company policies. Provide timely on-call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and adjustments for water purification equipment.
• Conduct hands-on and classroom training for customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of equipment, ensuring proper operation and compliance with specifications.

• Own the end-to-end process of transforming raw customer data into usable, high quality datasets and insights.
• Build and lead a team responsible for data pipelines, labeling workflows, quality assurance, and customer-specific data solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape data-related features, workflows, and tooling.

• Stand watch in the SURTASS Operations Center to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mission equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all mission equipment according to procedures and reference manuals.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electro-mechanical systems onboard SURTASS vessels.

Install and provide on-demand/scheduled service and training for all general-purpose equipment. Requires daily travel by auto with frequent overnight stays; daily drive time is usually from 1 to 6 hours. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic functions.

Provide technical support across various systems, focusing on diagnostics and root cause analysis. Resolve technical inquiries from Customer Dealers and internal teams. Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.

• Provides operational support for 300+ retail sites nationwide.
• Manages ADA door compliance and refrigerant tracking programs.
• Reviews MOPs for building engineering operations and ensures compliance with safety standards.

Fueling/lubricating heavy equipment in the field; assisting with PM/lube services at Lube Islands and in the field, including oil and filter changes; daily fueling and shift servicing of equipment at the Lube Islands; daily servicing/fueling of the large loading equipment in the mine. This is a physically demanding position working in adverse conditions.
