Independent Certification Engineer

Role Overview:

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for DOE's Loan Programs Office.
• Focus on technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate conditions precedent, construction progress, and eligible project costs.
• Prepare certification packages, test evidence, and completion opinions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support timely decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in energy industry (oil, gas, power, utilities).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
• Ability to manage tasks, time, and relationships efficiently.
