The Mechanical estimator is a critical role at Ernest that operates remotely and works across all markets, managing the bidding of timely, accurate and comprehensive mechanical estimates for multifamily, commercial, industrial, and federal projects. You will manage the estimating process from end-to-end and read contract documents to prepare project cost estimates.

Assume responsibility for managing national refrigeration replacement projects for retail clients from inception to completion, ensuring projects are on time and within budget. The Refrigeration Project Manager produces estimates and generates purchase orders, choosing vendors and ensuring gross margins are met. Maintain schedules and provide timely reports to senior management.
