• Build and lead the Design Engineering function, bridging the gap between Design, manufacturing, OEMs, and engineering teams.
• Translate creative design intent into manufacturable, high-quality, and scalable products.
• Guide the engineering feasibility of design concepts and oversee the transition from prototype to production.

• Own the end-to-end process of transforming raw customer data into usable, high quality datasets and insights.
• Build and lead a team responsible for data pipelines, labeling workflows, quality assurance, and customer-specific data solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape data-related features, workflows, and tooling.

As a Hardware Engineering Intern you will contribute to the design, assembly, and testing of hardware that supports our next-generation radar systems. You’ll work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers and get hands on experience with everything from CAD design and 3D printing to hands-on prototyping and system assembly. Throughout the internship, you will also take the lead on a hands-on design project.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for; Develop, test, and lead mechanical designs, including trade studies, concept and detailed designs, BOMs, drawings, engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and associated documentation. Lead the Mechanical Engineering team within a project, serving as the primary resource for technical leadership, oversight, and development. Implement product designs using engineering principles and standard tools.

As Mechanical Engineer II, you will develop and test mechanical designs, including trade studies, concept and detailed designs. Apply engineering principles and standard tools to execute product designs and utilize analysis tools to verify design concepts. You will also assemble, test, and evaluate prototypes for functionality and performance.
