  • Work closely with West Region Asset Management leadership to shape and execute market and client engagement strategies.
  • Lead delivery of complex, multi-site programs including facility condition assessments (FCA), capital investment (CapEx) planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating asset data and assessment findings into actionable capital and operational strategies.

$250,000–$340,000/yr

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the LRT program, ensuring alignment with client objectives, transport strategies, funding agreements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain a robust program governance framework, enabling effective senior decision-making, assurance, escalation, and performance oversight.
  • Act as the primary executive interface with transport authorities, government agencies, operators, regulators, local councils, and funding bodies.

  • Act as technical lead for HV primary circuit engineering on substation projects, from concept through detail design and construction support.
  • Develop and review HV primary circuit designs, including substation layouts, equipment arrangements, busbar configurations, and HV cable systems.
  • Contribute to and review power system studies such as load flow, short-circuit, and equipment rating assessments to ensure safe and reliable operation.
