As a Flood Risk Modeller, you will translate global flood modelling into the climate risk setting. You'll take technical ownership of Mitiga’s flood models and collaborate with product and science teams to define the development roadmap of flooding products. You will also lead the exploration of 3rd party datasets and work with the Strategy team on ways to incorporate flood risk into impact calculations.

Provide leadership within the Geosyntec dams, levees, and hydraulic structures practice, serve as a mentor for technical staff, and participate in business development activities. Provide technical leadership, direction, and oversight for projects, including potential failure modes analysis and Level 2 risk assessment. Develop technical reports and risk management cases that assess dam safety risk, mitigation options, and regulatory compliance.
