• Lead and supervise a diverse team responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of traffic engineering measures within the Brooklyn Borough Engineering Office and Sign Shop.
• Assess the necessity of traffic control measures and devices to enhance the safety of all road users including pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists, as well as improving traffic flow and on-street curb usage and regulations.
• Manage comprehensive reports for traffic studies, inspections, and investigations, and tracks and schedules the maintenance and installation of traffic control devices.

Lead and manage construction projects in Kristiansund, Norway. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsible for the project management of our home renovations, you'll oversee all aspects of 5-10 projects per month including bidding out jobs, permitting work, and ensuring everything is completed according to the project timeline. You will drive to and work from different job sites scattered throughout the greater DMV Area.

Manage end-to-end permitting and approvals for residential and outdoor construction projects. Prepare and submit applications with architectural/engineering plans, surveys, and product approvals. Track permits from submission to approval and liaise with municipal authorities to resolve issues. Update Project Managers, contractors, and homeowners on permit status and next steps. Schedule inspections and ensure documentation is complete and organized.

Lead and manage construction-phase services for roadway and infrastructure projects. Act as the on-site project lead, overseeing construction progress, schedules, and budgets. Serve as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and MSA during active construction, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.

The Remote Project Manager will oversee projects from contract signing through completion, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. You will serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients, coordinate with the General Manager, Construction Manager, and field teams, and mentor junior project managers while helping improve systems and processes as the company scales.

The position is a primarily field-based role that is dedicated to delivering multiple projects within each region located across the USA, which is remote with regional travel and must be located near a major airport; managing implementation of client’s Visual Identity standards, manage client teams delivering brand-compliant projects, and analyzing critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.

As a transportation PD&E manager, you’ll lead the delivery community transportation improvement projects from planning, conceptual design through preliminary, and final design phases to construction. You`ll lead a planning team to deliver complex PD&E projects. The transportation PD&E manager reports to the area manager.
