Review planning and design documents for municipal and industrial wastewater facilities, drinking water projects, public pool construction projects, private onsite treatment systems, and livestock waste control facilities. Work is performed under limited supervision and reviewed for accuracy and conformance to engineering principles, agency policies and regulations.

Lead project teams focused on large-scale civil site development from conceptual planning through construction. Oversee technical engineering activities, prepare feasibility studies and design reports, and interpret design and construction specifications. Engage with diverse technical areas and participate in client meetings. Mentor team members and lead subcontractors.

Support site feasibility evaluations and master planning for data center campuses including site planning, grading, drainage and utility plans.

The position involves fostering relationships with clients and cultivating new relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing projects, mentoring team members, and monitoring budgets. The role also includes leading roadway projects and responding to requests for proposals.

The Borough Deputy Director of Design will fill a need within TPM, D&C, Design Unit for street and highway transportation engineering, with responsibilities including field investigations and measurements, engineering design plan evolution using AutoCAD and Civil 3D engineering design software, oversight of the engineering design plans of borough project engineers, in coordination with the Borough Director of Design. Additional responsibilities include reviews of Capital Street and highway proposals and plans, engineering design analyses, presenting engineering judgement and recommendations for street and highway designs and other stakeholder requests.

Responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible movement of people and goods on the City's streets. Will review and improve capital transportation projects, collaborate with project managers for providing final design of rapidly implemented Street Improvement Projects (SIPs), improve existing street plans, and address special design requests. SIP designs include collaboration with TPM’s planners, field investigation, AutoCAD plan development.
