About the role:
- We create high-quality training and evaluation data for frontier AI models.
- We need Civil Engineering Experts to design and validate realistic tasks for AI agents.
What you'll do:
- Interpret tender documents, specifications, drawings, and pricing information.
- Prepare and verify quantity schedules, takeoffs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Review AI-generated outputs and collaborate on evaluation criteria.
What we're looking for:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Substantial experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or tender preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
