Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates from contract documents using in-house and third-party tools.
- Identify and resolve scope discrepancies, and execute add/deduct/alternate pricing.
- Maintain vendor relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
- Proficiency with Excel and estimating takeoff applications.

- Full-time role with possible remote work.
- Travel up to 2 times per year.
