Key Responsibilities:
- Review architectural, electrical, and construction plans to understand project scope.
- Perform detailed material and equipment takeoffs from project plans.
- Build preliminary estimates and conduct final quality-control reviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction estimating with ability to read architectural and electrical drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Low voltage estimating experience highly preferred; familiarity with US construction plans is a plus.
Work Setup:
- Fully remote position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
- Follows US holidays; requires comfort working independently in a remote environment.
