About the Role:
- We are looking for an Estimator to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for US construction projects.
- You will leverage AI-powered tools and collaborate with experienced preconstruction professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed takeoffs for Grading, Site Utilities, Concrete, and Rebar.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps and discrepancies.
- Prepare BOQs and coordinate with the team to meet bid deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Construction Estimation.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff.
- Strong understanding of CSI Divisions and construction drawings.
