- This is a full-time remote position for an experienced Construction Estimator.
- The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
- The candidate will work closely with company leadership and manage multiple estimating requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and perform quantity takeoffs using software like PlanSwift and Bluebeam.
- Develop complete estimate proposals including labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Review project plans, maintain organized records, and meet deadlines to support bidding activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of U.S. construction estimating experience.
- Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
