Analytical Skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for insulation, firestopping, and fireproofing projects.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents to ensure complete project scope.
- Estimate residential, commercial, tenant improvement, remodel, and ground-up construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
- Proven estimating experience in insulation projects is highly preferred.
Software Experience:
- On-Screen Takeoff (OST), BAS-SPEED, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, or similar digital estimating platforms.
- Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and documentation.
Location & Schedule:
- Full-time, remote role supporting a U.S. Pacific Time (California) team.
- Candidates must be based in Latin America and work independently with strong English skills.
