Accountabilities:
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial mechanical systems including HVAC ductwork and piping.
- Prepare accurate material and cost estimates using Excel-based templates and established tools.
- Support bid preparation, proposal development, and pre-construction planning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial mechanical estimating, preferably within the US market.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with construction management tools like Procore.
