Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and material analysis from construction drawings and specifications
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial bid submissions
- Review, analyze, and prequalify subcontractor bids to ensure full trade coverage and pricing competitiveness
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Strong understanding of construction pricing and subcontractor coordination
- Proficiency in PlanHub and/or PlanSwift estimating software
Work Environment:
- Fully remote role (LATAM-based)
- Direct collaboration with U.S.-based estimating and project management teams
- Fast-paced construction bidding environment with recurring national projects
