Implementation Project Manager

What You'll Do:

Manage software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) and external clients to ensure on-time delivery
Proactively identify project risks and propose alternative solutions to keep timelines on track

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience managing 5 to 10 concurrent SaaS implementations
Use critical path analysis and risk management to keep projects on track
Strong communication and organization skills used to guide clients through onboarding

Nice to Have:

PMP certification or equivalent
Experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions and annotations in pharma or life sciences
Background in healthcare technology or a marketing agency
