The Senior Product Manager drives the product vision, market strategy, and roadmap for a product line. Responsible for the overall product life cycle, from gathering requirements to working with the development team. They develop and execute the commercialization strategy and manage the product line's business metrics.

Drive successful implementation of enterprise SaaS solutions within customer environments. Act as the primary coordinator and point of contact for multiple concurrent implementation projects. Manage expectations, resolve challenges, and drive results.

Lead the development and expansion of HighLevel’s AI product suite. Identify opportunities, conduct proof of concepts, shaping user experiences, and crafting innovative solutions. Establish the strategic direction and vision for Agent Studio product features.

• Drive market dominance and commercial growth within the Lease Lifecycle Management portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution, from technical feasibility assessment to customer adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure lease management solutions are technically superior and aligned with evolving standards.

• Own and evolve the end-to-end billing and payment ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement technical solutions, including API integrations.
• Prioritize and manage a substantial product backlog to deliver impactful improvements quickly.

• Define and execute the regional product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Principal Product Manager.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to bring new EMEA-specific capabilities to market.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and collect market insights to inform feature prioritization and localization.

• Collaborate with executive and technical leadership to define product strategy.
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, and Support teams to deliver solutions.
• Prioritize features that deliver maximum value and generate growth.

• Define and execute the vision for provider-facing products in a fast-growing health data platform.
• Lead a high-performing team to create scalable, intuitive, and user-centered experiences for providers across complex healthcare networks.
• Accountable for product KPIs, roadmap planning, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the product organization.

Lead the development and evolution of expert-facing products connecting millions of users with professionals. Drive product strategy, optimize workflows, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
