Lead and scale the Product Management organization for our AI-powered, Enterprise GRC platform, co-creating the product strategy and owning the translation of that strategy into clear roadmaps. Manage and grow a team of PMs, evaluate and upgrade the existing org where needed, and drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering and GTM. Serve as a key product leader with customers, partners, and the board.

This role involves enterprise lease management and administration solutions within our comprehensive suite of financial software platforms. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution, from technical feasibility assessment and enterprise architectural alignment to commercial leadership and customer adoption at scale. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure our lease management solutions are technically superior, highly scalable, and aligned with evolving global lease accounting standards and compliance requirements.

• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and sales enablement for core App Engine products.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, guiding them through product journeys.
• Develop technical content and enablement materials articulating the value of App Engine and Generative AI offerings.

• Own onboarding and activation experience across all user segments.
• Design and run experiments to optimize conversion from trial to paid.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns: ads, content creation, email campaigns.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to streamline business processes and improve internal team efficiency.
• Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues for both internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Contribute to managing product release cycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure releases are executed on time and accurately.

• Lead and manage the lifecycle of all major incidents within Cohere’s environment.
• Deliver clear and timely updates across engineering, leadership, and non–technical teams for major incidents.
• Proactively resolve issues, coordinate dependencies, and prioritize impacts to quality and timelines.

• Lead the end-to-end program structure for multiple customer implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Evolve the platform that powers forms, documents, rules, rating, workflows, and policy lifecycle.
• Work with engineering on architecture choices and sequencing that derisk complexity.
• Run structured discovery with internal teams and customers to understand jobs to be done.
