Lead the development and evolution of expert-facing products connecting millions of users with professionals. Drive product strategy, optimize workflows, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Lead project teams and run the project lifecycle.
• Drive the use of project management principles and methodologies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal/external executive sponsors.

• Define product vision and strategy for the Marketing & Payments domain, aligning initiatives with Blip's corporate priorities.
• Manage roadmap, prioritization and execution of initiatives related to ads, tracking, performance, conversion, checkout, billing and payment integrations.
• Lead and develop a team of PMs and GPMs, ensuring clarity, focus and maturity in discovery and delivery.

Distill customer feedback into a cohesive product vision. Own end-to-end feature development by defining product requirements and managing development & testing. Maintain a perspective on the evolving generative AI landscape to feed product evolution.

• Define and drive the strategy that extends 1Password’s leadership in password management into a unified access platform.
• Collaborate with a team of product managers focused on how Admins and IT leaders gain visibility and control through our SaaS Manager/Trelica offering.
• Partner closely with customers, analysts, and go-to-market teams to position 1Password as a trusted leader in Unified Access Management for modern enterprises.
