Lead design for some of Zapier's most powerful AI experiences, including AI by Zapier, Human-in-the-Loop, and Knowledge by Zapier. Work closely with engineering, product, and design leaders to define how users build trust with AI. Invent new interaction patterns, helping set the standard for AI UX in automation.

Lead the Data Engineering team responsible for ingesting, processing, storing, and serving all market, reference, and alternative data with low latency and high reliability. You will own the architecture and evolution of our Feature Store, which powers our live trading systems and research pipeline. Hands-on technical leadership position with significant ownership and influence over our trading technology stack.

• Develop and execute a global organic social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and communications priorities.
• Create, publish, and manage high-quality content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Conduct social listening, analytics, and reporting to identify trends, inform strategy, and optimize engagement.

• Conduct consultations synchronously and asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations.
• Provide care using a custom EMR system, including evaluating patient records, diagnosing, prescribing, and making lifestyle recommendations.
• Adhere to best practices and company policies for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation.

• Architect, secure, and manage core IT infrastructure across identity, networking, endpoint management, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.
• Influence operational standards, implement automation, and enhance security and compliance across enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain internal tools and systems that automate existing work and increase employee productivity using AI.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand pain points and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype small AI-enabled utilities or automations and deploy them into production swiftly.

• Responsible for testing new features and functionality within the Calendly platform.
• Define user stories and refine acceptance criteria, test new features, and create automated tests.
• Design testing strategies in a service-oriented architecture for large-scale projects including unit tests, API tests, and functional/GUI tests.

Shape product strategy & vision for Global Hotel’s distribution platform. Lead product discovery processes with channel manager partners and internal extranet stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications together with engineering teams.

Lead technical teams and drive innovation in product evolution. Foster collaboration between global teams and guide product development. Create a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability.
