Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Creator Platform within NovoEd’s Learn+ product.
Conduct continuous customer discovery across enterprise organizations, executive education programs, training companies, and mid-market businesses.
Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support product launches.

What Skills Are Needed For This Role:

5+ years of product management experience building and launching enterprise SaaS products
Experience owning products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building products for learning platforms, education technology, or knowledge platforms
Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals
Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail
