The Rackspace Engagement Manager will manage multiple individual but related projects to the required standard of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost for the customer. The projects are typically medium to large, with medium complexity, and have high risk exposure. Ensures the coherence of the Program and develops and maintains the appropriate environment to support each individual project within it.

Act as both Scrum Master and Product Owner on their Scrum Team and has a passion for product design, development and technical excellence. Lead projects from inception to close, with superb planning and communication skills to establish timelines, prioritize work, and manage partner expectations. Facilitate productive discussions to establish requirements and consider design alternatives with multi-functional teams.

Lead the development of innovative tools to enable the efficient and accurate design and simulation of solar and storage systems. Define and execute the product strategy for the electrical design experience, with a focus on enabling users to optimize system performance, leverage market-leading equipment, and model battery usage.

As a Product Manager on the International expansion team, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders to drive the internationalization of Motive’s products, building new products and adapting existing ones for international use cases, contributing to Motive’s international strategy through research and assessments.
