Coordinates multiple aspects of customer implementation virtually, including pre-conversion consultation and planning, test conversion, conversion execution, post-conversion training, product set-up, and implementation of multiple products. Consults on methods to maximize the dealership’s efficiency, profits, sales, productivity, and revenue. Consults with dealership department management to assess dealership business practices, processes, workflows, and critical business drivers.

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will create Program Plans aligned to company OKRs using data from product roadmaps and Jira, track program status, resolve impediments, manage risks, and assist with backlog creation, typically working on programs with team sizes of 10 to 30 and significant new technologies.
