• Lead day-to-day operations of the project management office and supervise the work of the Project Managers.
• Work with local branches to handle the sales and order implementation function of our customers.
• Collaborate closely with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project while resolving problems and minimizing delays.

Responsible for all aspects of project performance and provides overall direction to all project activities and personnel. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

Lead and support design, development, and implementation activities as the project manager. Provide systems expertise with a strong understanding of the vendor marketplace and systems implementations. Utilize knowledge and experience to lead and provide project management services including developing and maintaining project work plans and schedules.

• Serve as the primary liaison between contractor personnel and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Oversee the administration and execution of project requirements, ensuring compliance with task order methodology and federal standards.
• Manage and provide guidance to all contractors assigned to the project.

Lead NetSuite implementation projects, including scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress to ensure projects stay on track.

• Lead the strategy of the Data & AI platform to revolutionize healthcare through technology.
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives and foster relationships with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Guide the development of scalable data environments and AI/ML solutions to enhance the platform's data environment.

Lead end-to-end project delivery and manage a high-performing implementation team. Oversee complex projects, coordinate resources, and ensure successful delivery of innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions on a global scale. Drive strategic planning, coach team members, and implement best practices in project management.

• Lead and manage the execution of technical projects, ensuring delivery of scope, time, cost, quality, and risk objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project acceptance and alignment.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.

• Own product strategy and execution across acquiring, issuing, and platform services.
• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Scale and mentor a high-performing product team, setting a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-centricity.

• Serve as the single point of contact for program stakeholders and contracting officers.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all program activities to meet contractual obligations and performance expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, developing schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
