As a Product Operations Lead at Virta, you will increase development velocity and hone operating practices. You will play a critical role in building the operating rhythm that powers Virta’s product development organization by establishing and driving planning cadences and coaching squads to improve their rhythms and decision-making, as well as take on high-impact cross-functional projects.
