Responsible for taking Virta’s mail channel - our #1 for acquisition - to the next level, owning the analytics, financial management, and experimentation strategy for direct mail. This role includes owning the mail financial, creative, and experimentation strategy to ensure that mail continues to resonate with a wide range of eligible members and converts to drive applications and enrollments.
As Senior Manager, HRIS, you’ll define and drive Virta’s HR technology strategy—building a scalable foundation for data integrity, automation, and insight-driven decision making. You’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday, partnering cross-functionally to ensure it becomes a trusted, high-impact system that scales with Virta’s growth.
This role will help scale and strengthen the internal operating system that powers Virta’s technology operations (Tech Ops) organization as a connector, problem-solver, and operator. The Business Operations Lead ensures Tech Ops runs efficiently and in lockstep with the broader company. This is ideal for a highly motivated individual contributor who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution.
An entrepreneurial individual is needed to join the fast-paced and dynamic Clinical Enablement team to scale and work with the clinical team to deliver efficient and high-quality patient care. The role requires a data-driven approach to inform major business decisions across the company - with a particular focus on process optimization.
Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations. Support month-end close processes for the following areas: cash, payroll, accruals, and operating expenses. Perform bank reconciliations and assist with maintaining general ledger integrity. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls; respond to internal and external audit requests and assist with annual financial statement audit.
Lead go-to-market efforts across our commercial business by driving market differentiation and growth through positioning, pricing, packaging, value-stories, partnership models, sales motions, new and expanded products. This role will require a go-getter product marketer with energy who thrives on storytelling, can seamlessly translate our product innovations into compelling narratives.
