As a Product Operations Lead at Virta, you will increase development velocity and hone operating practices. You will play a critical role in building the operating rhythm that powers Virta’s product development organization by establishing and driving planning cadences and coaching squads to improve their rhythms and decision-making, as well as take on high-impact cross-functional projects.

The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across a fully remote workforce. As a Senior Software Engineer for AI & Automation on the AI Enablement Team, you will build impactful workflow and AI-driven product solutions. You'll use AI tools including agents and LLMs to automate internal processes and enhance productivity. This role is perfect for engineers motivated by autonomy and continuous learning.

The Director of Product, Client Group is a strategic role accountable for proving that Virta can be more effective and efficient at 10x scale than they are today. You’ll prioritize how Virta innovates and automates for internal teams – both through traditional software, but also for helping teams apply AI Native thinking to transform not just efficiency but also effectiveness and nimbleness. You will be accountable for the product vision and roadmap for Virta’s client operations platform.
