Under the direction of the Deputy Commissioner of Business Services, the Fiscal Contract Manager will analyze, facilitate and execute financial reports submitted by vendors providing business services, confirming conformance with Federal, State, City and organizational procedures, policies and objectives, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and completeness in the budget review process.

As part of our global Purchasing team, this role as (Senior) Buyer Tactical Procurement (m/f/d) puts you right at the heart of our indirect procurement strategy - especially in the area of Professional Services. You’ll be working on everything from running tenders and negotiating contracts to supporting international teams and rolling out smart eProcurement solutions.

This role will perform a variety of administrative support duties for payroll related work with an affinity for numbers and a passion for promoting business operations. The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the healthcare organization's revenue cycle, from patient registration to final payment collection. This role involves overseeing billing, coding, insurance claims, collections, and related activities to ensure accurate and timely revenue generation. This person needs to be a self-starter.
