Europe 6w PTO

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate advertiser acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Create scalable sales frameworks and playbooks that empower local sales teams to onboard and grow marketplace sellers.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial performance.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a Key Account Management team with focus on performance and growth.
  • Take overall responsibility for revenue and growth targets of the portfolio, including steering KPIs like GMV, promotions, and retail media.
  • Drive strategic development of our marketplace partner business, identify new business models, and optimize processes and playbooks.

  • Manage the end-to-end partner journey within the Seller Central/Partner Hub and develop a scalable self-service experience for marketplace partners.
  • Collect, prioritize, and structure requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, Customer Success, and direct partner feedback.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, problem statements, and user flows, working closely with product and tech teams on implementation.

Europe 6w PTO

  • You will own and grow strategic marketplace accounts, driving revenue through consultative selling and strong conversion.
  • You will develop insight-driven campaign concepts and proposals that connect seller goals with market dynamics and retail media opportunities.
  • You will lead complex client presentations, translating data and trends into compelling value propositions that increase investment.

  • Shape how marketplace partners are technically onboarded across multiple international markets and product categories.
  • Play a key role in scaling our seller onboarding experience while driving automation and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams while helping us prepare for the next chapter of our marketplace journey.
