As a Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping the pharmaceutical procurement strategy for Germany. You will conduct important negotiations, optimize conditions and build long-term partnerships with key players in the industry. In doing so, you will use the new dynamics in the market created by the e-prescription to jointly identify and strategically expand innovative business opportunities with manufacturers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in a cross-functional team, building performant, scalable, and customer-focused web applications used by millions across Europe. You’ll shape features end-to-end - from early discovery and ideation through delivery and rollout. Develop core features across our homepage, search, product detail page, and cart.

As you continue to grow, you’ll have the chance to shape key financial processes and help drive improvements that make a real impact. In this role, you'll be closely involved in monthly and annual closings and ensure the accuracy of our financial data across various general ledger accounts. Your eye for detail and process improvement will be essential in enhancing our internal controls and audit readiness.

Drive an ambitious strategy to scale Redcare’s third-party marketplace across selected markets, strengthening its role as a key growth pillar. You will own the marketplace strategy, operational model, and commercial success. With full P&L responsibility and a team of 52 colleagues you'll oversee such areas as Marketplace, Business Development, and Customer Success to turn today’s early-stage setup into a high-performing platform business.
