The Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales will lead and oversee the success, growth, and predictability of one of 1Password's Enterprise Sales teams within the EMEA region. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coaching and developing team members, and executing comprehensive sales strategies. The role will collaborate cross-functionally to drive substantial revenue growth within the enterprise segment.
- Make outbound B2C calls presenting legal protection and health insurance products.
- Handle objections and convert potential customers with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Identify and engage ideal customers using Vendavo’s target account profile.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and build early relationships through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Qualify interest and fit to secure high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with banks and financial institutions across key European markets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, taking ownership of deals from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail banking and the credit card industry across Europe.

Qualify leads from campaigns, regional events, and digital channels, mapping buying processes and identifying decision-makers. Support Sales Executives with opportunity advancement by re-engaging stakeholders, uncovering blockers, and mapping organizational priorities.
