The Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales will lead and oversee the success, growth, and predictability of one of 1Password's Enterprise Sales teams within the EMEA region. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coaching and developing team members, and executing comprehensive sales strategies. The role will collaborate cross-functionally to drive substantial revenue growth within the enterprise segment.

Drive new business opportunities by engaging targeted enterprise accounts in the UKI region through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach. Qualify leads from campaigns, regional events, and digital channels, mapping buying processes and identifying decision-makers. Support Sales Executives with opportunity advancement by re-engaging stakeholders, uncovering blockers, and mapping organizational priorities.
