Syngenta’s Sales Team is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. Accountabilities include executing impactful daily customer visits, actively identifying and transforming challenges into growth opportunities. The representative will build lasting relationships with customers based on trust, reliability, and consistent value delivery, drive technical excellence through continuous learning, and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. Work with multiple clients throughout the day providing outstanding service and product knowledge. Manage a pipeline of qualified leads, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Identify and understand users’ pain points to propose Flipdish solutions and own the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing, including business case development and commercial negotiations. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to effectively showcase Flipdish's solutions.
