This critical role involves building Services Business for Enterprise customers from the ground up, with sales, solutioning, and delivery responsibility, partnering with the field sales team to grow the Applications Services business globally.

Looking for a passionate incident manager to join the Infrastructure Operations (IOPS) department. Part of the Service Management team in charge of leading the incident, problem, and change management process. During critical major incidents, you will perform the role of an incident commander and hold the overarching responsibility of managing the organization's incident response, from driving the investigation in a war room, to delegating various incident response tasks, to communicating and coordinating with every stakeholder, to driving the incident investigation to resolution and restoring services timely and swiftly.

The Rackspace Senior Engagement Manager will manage related projects to the required standard of quality within the constraints of time and cost. The projects are typically medium to large, with medium complexity, and have high risk exposure. They will ensure the coherence of the Program and develop and maintain an environment to support each individual project within it. They are responsible for the program producing a result which is capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Statement of Work.
