Develop scalable, maintainable cloud applications in close collaboration with engineering, DevOps and architecture teams. Integrate cloud-native services via SDKs and APIs into existing or new software solutions. Implement DevOps principles from a developer perspective, including automated build, test and deployment processes. Collaborate with Infra and Data teams for end-to-end solutions.

Develop and maintain the Rackspace business intelligence framework. Lead the design and development of the Business Intelligence architecture and continually refine the BI strategy to align with corporate direction. Serve as the subject matter expert in extraction of information from EFD, Star and Snowflake schemas. Build operational and ad-hoc reports and executive dashboards.

We’re seeking a GCP Data Analyst with deep expertise in BigQuery, strong SQL and Python skills, and a sharp analytical mindset to support both data validation initiatives and ongoing analytics work. The Rubrik Backup Engineer IV is a senior technical specialist responsible for the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimisation of enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions using Rubrik. This individual acts as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert (SME), driving innovation and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection strategies meet business requirements.

Work with customers and implement Observability solutions. Build and maintain scalable systems and robust automation that supports engineering goals. Develop and maintain monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance. Proactively gather and analyze both metric and log data from systems and applications to perform anomaly detection, performance tuning, capacity planning and fault isolation.

The TAM team is hiring for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies to provide guidance to both new and existing customers specifically about AWS technologies, services, and offerings. You’ll help evolve our database infrastructure using modern DevOps principles— automation-first, performance-driven, and cloud-ready. You’ll collaborate with developers, SREs, and DevOps engineers to integrate MongoDB into our CI/CD pipelines and ensure it runs smoothly at scale.

Working directly with our sales team to propose solutions to customers to achieve business outcomes using AWS Cloud.
