- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing technical talent.
- Conduct coaching, goal reviews, and performance discussions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or managed services, with 2+ years leading technical teams.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and fluent English/Spanish.
