Infra Engineer Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Own ScaleOps' infrastructure end-to-end, including our self-hosted product, SaaS platform, and AI infrastructure.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, covering networking, security, SSO, and compute.
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and R&D teams to support rapid feature delivery without compromising reliability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE roles in high-scale distributed systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers and solid understanding of networking, security, and IAM.
