EPM is growing, and we are seeking Account Executives to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing lending relationships with third-party originators and expanding existing accounts to increase closed loan volume. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities include: Identify and onboard qualified third-party originator/broker accounts; conduct sales calls; provide training on systems, policies, and products; offer support; act as a liaison between accounts and operations; manage accounts pipeline; and prioritize resources effectively.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (college degree preferred), recent experience as a Wholesale Account Executive, a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, and completion of relevant training. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are essential.
