The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that will partner with the Providence, RI team to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business to include technical, clinical, and sales. Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management. Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team overall quotas.

Responsible for presenting B2B Doctoralia/Feegow solutions to the healthcare market, serving clinics and medical centers. Responsible for the entire sales pipeline, creating and closing opportunities. Prospect new leads and schedule meetings with leads received in order to close sales.

  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Lead successful technical Pilots with customers.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Develop a comprehensive plan to secure distribution and contracting with national and regional health plans.
  • Lead B2B sales cycles from prospecting to close, managing multiple stakeholders including network, clinical operations, pharmacy, medical management, and innovation teams.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and data-driven forecasting; consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
