  • Manage complex sales cycles, targeting executives and HR leadership to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Develop new business through consultative selling to high-level executives and prospecting.
  • Manage the execution of the KUBRA sales process, including proposals and presentations.
  • Assess industry specific markets, pricing strategies, customer needs, and the competition.

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with major clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Analyze user behavior and provide optimal customer service solutions.

Manage a pod of at least 5 account executives. Coach, train, and support reps in closing deals and driving revenue growth. Serve as a player-coach on calls to train new reps and help established reps constantly improve.
