As a Sr. Pricing & Packaging Manager at ExtraHop, youβll develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy & Operations, youβll partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, Sales, and Finance to shape pricing models, define packaging approaches, and implement scalable processes.
This key position requires someone who is able to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ExtraHopβs products and technologies, competitive products, and industry trends. You are primarily responsible for increasing revenue in assigned regions/territories/districts through identifying, recruiting, and developing opportunities for generating direct sales or partnerships with resellers. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenues. Identify prospects for ExtraHop products through cold calls, and lead follow-up and face-to-face meetings.
Develop features and components, assist in leading junior team members, and work at the foundation level of appliances and cloud offerings. Design and develop new features and build fundamental tools and structures to enable the creation of world-class security applications on physical, virtual, and cloud appliances. Develop, support, and secure the operating system, kernel, drivers, installation/upgrade process, and administrative and connectivity features.
