The CD Drawer role is essential to Summit Funding’s relationship with branches, escrow, and homebuyers, focusing on accuracy, speed, accountability, adaptability, and customer service. Responsibilities include preparing accurate closing disclosures and packages within the posted turn time, exceeding branch expectations to meet buyer expectations.

The Post Closing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day functions of the Post Closing Department including loan shipping, loan delivery, management of collateral, clearing purchase suspense, recording reconciliations. This role supports the Post Closing Department and the loan delivery of all mortgage loans closed for sale in the secondary market.

The Underwriting Support Staff position provides crucial support to the Underwriting Staff. This role focuses on completing required tasks from loan approval through funding and recording, acting as a liaison between Branch personnel and Underwriters. Tasks include receiving loan submissions, setup, stacking, conducting Pre-Audits, and reviewing conditions.
