The Kiavi Special Servicing Team is the primary point of contact for our customers after a loan is approved. As an Asset Resolution Specialist (ARS) with Kiavi you will be the point of contact for customers who need workout assistance on their loan(s). You’ll use strong negotiation and customer service skills to assist customers through workout plans to bring loans current and/or avoid default. You are also able to understand investor guidelines for mortgage modifications and explain these guidelines in a clear manner with customers.

This remote role is a 6 month contract position. As an integral part of the Operations team, you will process the loan and get it ready for an underwriting decision, working with third parties, borrowers, and mortgage brokers to create a smooth and simple process for getting a loan. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service.

The Underwriter will manage loans through final credit approval, working with various teams. An Underwriter must possess a working knowledge of residential lending programs and practices. The individual will provide superior client service to achieve financial objectives and must be highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, organized, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment.

Kiavi is looking for a skilled MLOps Engineer to join our data team, responsible for designing and implementing Machine Learning platform features for our partner Data Scientists. You will work with a variety of models ranging from online or real-time models, models which serve batched results, or large language models using Databricks, MLFlow, Python and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science and MLOps or DevOps.
