The Sr. Manager of Strategic Operations is responsible for optimizing the operational efficiency and strategic execution within construction lending processes. This role involves process enhancement, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration and building a high-performing team, ensuring the construction lending business is set up for scalable growth.

The Compliance Officer is a key leadership role responsible for building, managing, and executing the compliance functions and the operational risk framework at Kiavi. This individual will oversee compliance, fraud, and internal audit ensuring that all operational processes are robust, effective, and aligned with the company's risk appetite. The Compliance Officer will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and be crucial in mitigating operational threats and maintaining the integrity of Kiavi's systems and processes.

The Construction Feasibility Analyst team reviews and approves residential rehab projects related to planning, cost, timeline, progress, and completion. The Feasibility Analyst will be responsible for guiding our clients through our property rehabilitation, underwriting the project scope and budget to ensure its feasibility, and assisting in monitoring the progress and completion of the improvements as they occur.

Lead and mentor a high-performing, full-stack engineering team and be responsible for hiring, coaching, and mentoring. Drive technical strategy and own the technical vision and roadmap for integrating Kiavi’s proprietary AI/ML technology into our loan origination platform and loan products. Guide your team in shipping complex, large-scale projects where availability, correctness, and security are critical.
