You’ll continuously experiment with data, messaging, and targeting to optimize every stage of the pipeline. You’ll automate discovery, enrichment, and outreach workflows using tools like Clay, Unify, HubSpot, and custom code, ensuring every prospect interaction is precise, personalized, and scalable.

Shape our sales comp strategy for all segments across GTM and work cross functionally with RevOps, Finance, Leadership, and HR to be a subject matter expert on compensation. Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance to design compensation plans that align to company growth goals. Maintain a scalable compensation framework across segments balancing simplicity, fairness, and motivational impact.
