Serve as a trusted technical advisor and lead the technical enablement for our AWS-based partnership.
Work closely with AWS’s technical teams to build the technical roadmap for engagement.
Shape and drive successful technical engagements, and your ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders is critical to success in this role.
Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded and proactively handle churn/contraction scenarios including discount removal strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
Analyze renewal metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer retention including the evaluation of license usage and true-up requirements.
Own solution positioning, messaging quality, and narrative clarity across priority solution areas aligned to 1Password’s Identity Security and AI strategy.
Translate complex IT and security challenges into clear, compelling narratives and content that moves buyers through the funnel and helps sellers win.
You are accountable for the clarity, differentiation, and consistency of solution narratives across the company.
Conduct original research into vulnerabilities in 1Password’s products and the broader identity security landscape; discover and document novel vulnerability classes.
Develop proof-of-concept exploits that validate research findings and support engineering teams in understanding and prioritizing remediation efforts.
Investigate security risks at the intersection of AI and identity, including prompt injection and data poisoning; address emerging challenges of agentic security.
Design and manage the operating rhythm for the CX organization, including leadership forums, business reviews, planning cycles, and cross-functional governance meetings.
Lead and develop a team responsible for CX programs and operational strategy supporting post-GTM customer-facing functions.
Define strategy, develop roadmaps, and execute high-impact initiatives spanning multiple customer-facing teams across the post-GTM lifecycle.
Build a scalable field marketing framework, aligning regional programs to corporate demand generation and pipeline goals.
Define and standardize “program in a box” templates for repeatable execution, including playbooks, audience targeting models, messaging frameworks, and follow-up processes.
Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to identify high-priority accounts and locations, and translate GTM priorities into field activation plans.
Collaborate with Project Management and customers to understand business needs, user roles, and workflows.
Propose, tailor, and secure customer buy-in for customized training plans that support deployment and adoption.
Deliver dynamic and engaging virtual training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, including demonstrations, hands-on practice, and scenario-based learning.
Write efficient, scalable, and robust customer-facing features for the 1Password web service.
Collaborate with people across the company like Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, and other Software Development teams.
Interpret data to design, build, test, and validate impactful solutions for customer problems.
