Lead the implementation and ongoing management of systems and tools that support the Implementation organization.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization across the customer onboarding and deployment journey.
Map, monitor, and analyze onboarding, deployment, and activation workflows, identifying pain points in customer handoffs, internal processes, service package delivery, or tooling gaps and driving the initiatives that resolve them.
Drive reliable, high-quality delivery across sprints, ensuring the team meets expectations with predictable velocity and strong throughput.
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of web developers (front-end and/or full-stack), ensuring clarity of expectations, accountability, and performance outcomes.
Ensure all web properties adhere to security best practices, privacy requirements, accessibility standards, and compliance guidelines (e.g., ADA, GDPR).
Code, test, debug, deliver and maintain production software systems for new and existing product features.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and/or stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases.
Mentor junior and new team members by helping them understand team expectations, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and engaging in pair programming sessions.
