Senior Technical Program Manager

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will join the growing team of TPMs, leading programs focused on advancing the Tech organization’s ways of working. These will include project management platform migration (Jira), developing best practices for different personas, creating effective leadership reporting systems and serving as a subject matter expert on enabling software teams to deliver predictably. The ideal candidate will be comfortable when navigating ambiguity, able to execute at scale, and is able to flex between large and small programs to accomplish business needs. The Senior TPM is experienced at influencing commitment and leading teams to land measurable impactful outcomes, and balances strategic wins and incremental success. The TPM team at 1Password acts as a force multiplier for the Tech organization by driving cross-functional, technical initiatives. They align teams both inside and outside of Tech to enable timely decisions, uncover gaps, and guide programs towards well-defined, successful outcomes. They use communication, technical, and organizational skills to help the entire Tech org solve its highest priority problems. The TPM org supports programs across all of Tech, including Engineering, Security, Dev Ops, and IT.
