Job Description
This role will support the entire renewal process for existing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewal of contracts. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions that add value. This role requires the analysis of renewal metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer retention including the evaluation of license usage and true-up requirements. The role requires a collaborative attitude to work with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience and address customer needs effectively.
